  • Plant deletion follows strict validation — deleted only if no users or trace entries exist; otherwise, soft deletion is applied.
  • Users of deleted plants are released and can be reassigned to other plants.

Ingredient & Recipe Management

  • Admins can add, edit, or delete ingredients and recipes.
  • Ingredients can be automatically added when detected through scanned materials.
  • Recipes are dynamically linked to ingredients, enabling accurate tracking during scanning.

Traceability Management

  • View all previously traced ingredients and materials with advanced filtering options.
  • Edit entries if necessary to maintain data accuracy.
  • Scan materials by plant, recipe, and operator — verifying order and correctness before confirming.
  • All added materials are logged and displayed in detailed traceability reports.

User-Specific Functionalities

  • Secure login with email/username and password, including a 'forgot password' feature.
  • Users only see plants assigned to them, with support for multiple plant selection.
  • Scan material workflow mirrors admin functions, including real-time error handling for incorrect scans.

Third-Party Scanning Machine Integration

  • Integrated external scanning hardware through APIs for automated code capture.
